Data Processing Form definition

Data Processing Form means a data Processing form in the format set out in the Annex hereto which shall be completed, agreed and signed by both Parties in the event that there is a change to the nature, extent, scope or purpose of the Processing of Personal Data under this Appendix 2 or where there is a change to the Technical and Organisational Security Measures taken by the Supplier.
Data Processing Form has the meaning set out in paragraph 2.2 of Schedule 6;
Data Processing Form the Form completed by you setting out the framework of the processing of personal and other data required by the Booking.

Examples of Data Processing Form in a sentence

  • We will apply the security measures you set out in the Data Processing Form for protecting and securing your data.

  • When you want us to access or use Personal Data about someone other than you (3rd party data), you must have completed the appropriate Data Processing Form and send a copy by email from your usual business address.

Related to Data Processing Form

  • Data Processing shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA.

  • Data Processing Addendum means Sprinklr’s Data Processing Addendum, located at www.sprinklr.com/legal

  • Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.

  • Data Processing Lease means any lease or licensing agreement, binding on the Failed Bank as of Bank Closing, the subject of which is data processing equipment or computer hardware or software used in connection with data processing activities. A lease or licensing agreement for computer software used in connection with data processing activities shall constitute a Data Processing Lease regardless of whether such lease or licensing agreement also covers data processing equipment.

  • Data Processor means an entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller.
