Data request definition
Data request means a discovery procedure in which the requesting party asks another person for specified information or requests the production of documents.
Data request means a request for historical consumption data or a request for standing data, as applicable.

Data request means a request made by either or both of the Departments for the Recipient to produce certain data relating to the Project. Such data may include, but is not limited to: data relating to hydrogen storage, consumption and usage; energy usage; emissions abatement; vehicle usage; or any other data that either or both of the Departments may require in relation to the Project.
