Data Submitter definition

Data Submitter means any person that reports data to the Central Repository, including national securities exchanges, national securities associations, broker-dealers, the Securities Information Processors (“SIPs”) for the CQS, CTA, UTP and Plan for Reporting of Consolidated Options Last Sale Reports and Quotation Information (“OPRA”) Plans, and certain other vendors or third parties that may submit data to the Central Repository on behalf of Industry Members.

  • In the event that GHGA Central has cause to terminate this Agreement, they will issue a Notice of Intent to Terminate to the Data Submitter.
