Data Submitter means any person that reports data to the Central Repository, including national securities exchanges, national securities associations, broker-dealers, the Securities Information Processors (“SIPs”) for the CQS, CTA, UTP and Plan for Reporting of Consolidated Options Last Sale Reports and Quotation Information (“OPRA”) Plans, and certain other vendors or third parties that may submit data to the Central Repository on behalf of Industry Members.

Data Submitter means a health care payer that the Commissioner has determined is subject to the submission and reporting requirements of this rule for a given calendar year because it meets the threshold of having paid or administered the payment of health insurance claims in this state for policies for 500 or more covered lives in the prior calendar year and has not been exempted for cause from such requirements by the MOU parties.

In the event that GHGA Central has cause to terminate this Agreement, they will issue a Notice of Intent to Terminate to the Data Submitter.
