  • This Agreement shall become effective as of the date set forth hereinabove and shall continue in effect for a term of years from the Date of Commencement of Service ("Primary Term") and shall remain in force from year to year thereafter unless terminated by either party by written notice [at least two years for long term service agreements; mutually agreeable for short term service agreements] prior to the end of the Primary Term or any successive term thereafter.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE means the actual date of placement of the first Vehicle(s) under this Agreement.
