Declared Contract Capacity definition

Declared Contract Capacity means the generation capacity designated for the Project in Section 3.1(f), net of all auxiliary loads, station electrical uses, and Electrical Losses. [For Baseload, Peaking or Dispatchable Product only]

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).
