Decommissioning Completion Date definition

Decommissioning Completion Date means the date on which all of the conditions precedent set forth on Schedule 2.2 to the Facility Lease have been satisfied or waived by the appropriate Party.
Decommissioning Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.1(b) (Notice and Approval for Retirement of Legacy Generation Assets and Commencement of Decommissioning Services – Decommissioning Plan).
Decommissioning Completion Date shall have the meaning given to such term in the Port Washington I Facility Lease.
