Design Documentation definition

Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

Examples of Design Documentation in a sentence

  • The Contractor must not commence construction of any part of the Works to which any Design Documentation it has submitted to the Contract Administrator applies, unless the Contract Administrator has had the number of days specified in the Contract Particulars to review the Design Documentation and has not rejected the Design Documentation.

  • The Contractor may only modify or remove existing structures or services within the Site in accordance with the Works Description and any Design Documentation the Contractor is entitled to use under clause 6.3(c) of the Conditions of Contract.

  • The Contract Administrator does not assume or owe any duty of care to the Contractor to review, or in reviewing, the Design Documentation submitted by the Contractor for errors, omissions or compliance with the Contract.

  • The Contractor must notify the Contract Administrator immediately upon the discovery of services or obstructions not shown in the Works Description and any Design Documentation the Contractor is entitled to use under clause 6.3(c) of the Conditions of Contract or identified by inspection.

  • The Contract Administrator may: review any Design Documentation, or any resubmitted Design Documentation, prepared and submitted by the Contractor; and within the number of days specified in the Contract Particulars of the submission by the Contractor of such Design Documentation or resubmitted Design Documentation, reject the Design Documentation if in the Contract Administrator's reasonable opinion the Design Documentation does not comply with the requirements of the Contract.


More Definitions of Design Documentation

Design Documentation means such plans, drawings, specifications and other design documentation (including design standards, design or durability reports, models, samples and calculations) in computer readable and written formats prepared by or on behalf of Contractor for the purposes of the performance of the TTMS Work or any component thereof in accordance with this Agreement (including the Technical Requirements).
Design Documentation means the design documents referred to by Clause 7 of this Agreement;
Design Documentation means preliminary and detailed design drawings, diagrams, details, documents, specifications, samples, models or information (including calculations, logic or sequence overview diagrams and functional design specifications for computer software) and all amendments and revisions thereto prepared by the Developer in connection with the design of the Toll Road;
Design Documentation means all design documentation (including design standards, design reports, durability reports, construction descriptions, specifications, models, samples, prototypes, calculations, drawings, digital records, computer software and all other relevant data) in computer readable and written forms, or stored by any other means required by this Contract or necessary to be produced by the Contractor to design and construct the Works and the Temporary Works and documentation (including certificates and check lists) to evidence that the design documentation complies with the requirements of this Contract, and includes the Initial Design Documents.
Design Documentation means all design documentation (including drawings, specifications, models, samples and calculations) in computer readable and human readable form necessary for the Contractor to complete all or any part of the Facility; Design Requirements means, in respect of the Facility and subject to clause 25.2(a), the requirements for the design of the Facility as set out in this Agreement, including without limitation the following documents:
