Designated Applications definition

Designated Applications means:
Designated Applications means the Customer’s or its third party service provider’s application listed on the Cover Page that will receive Altana IDs or Analytics.

Examples of Designated Applications in a sentence

  • Customer will, at its own cost and expense, procure and provide all equipment, operating systems, servers (including cloud hosting, if applicable), and software needed for Customer to use and access the Services, including all connections from the Designated Applications and other Customer Systems to the Services.

  • Unless otherwise instructed by Licensor in writing at any moment in time Licensee and/or Third Parties are obliged to use “powered by SpeechMagicTM” logo for all Designated Applications, packaging, internet, advertising, initial splash screen and related SpeechMagic marketing material of Licensee’s Designated Applications, or in the accompanying documentation.

  • Based upon the technical expertise of Founder, Atagencer may develop NTI Know-How relating to the Designated Applications (resulting from its interaction with NTI and its Affiliates) which may serve to further the commercial and technical interests of NTI and its Affiliates.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Custom Support Services specifically includes programming modifications, additions or Enhancements to the Designated Applications, and discrete time and materials projects that are beyond the scope of the Applications Specifications and Functionality Standards set forth on Schedule A to this Agreement or the customer or technical support services described in subparagraph (i) immediately preceding.

  • Enhancements Support" includes technical and other information requested by Customer regarding actual or potential Enhancements, including new releases to the Designated Applications, expansion of the features and functionality of the Designated Applications or the Requirements Document, if any, pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 16.2 or otherwise in this Agreement or in any other Transaction Document, the Servicer shall not be liable to the Agent, the Lender, any of the Secured Parties or any other Person for any consequential (including loss of profit), indirect, special or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the term of the Agreement shall be valid as long as Customer actively maintains one or more Designated Applications under an active Order Form.

  • Alternatively, if the Parties determine, in exercise of their reasonable business judgment, that one or more applications for letters patent for specific elements or aspects of the NTI Know-How relating to the NTI Designated Applications should be filed in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.4 hereof, and that such NTI Know-How is susceptible of being patented pursuant to Section 4.4 hereof, such Atagencer proprietary information shall be deemed to be New Atagencer Technology.


More Definitions of Designated Applications

Designated Applications means the server hardware, virtual servers, workstations and laptop hardware, operating system(s), desktop software programs, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, battery backup units, power distribution units, temperature and environmental sensors, and other specific computer equipment mentioned in this Agreement and related items owned by Client or designDATA; or the software Applications (running in the cloud or on-premises) that are included in Managed Services. Designated Systems or Designated Applications may be subject to additional Client requests for Services and/or Emergency Services, not included in the Managed Services, depending on the circumstances.
Designated Applications means the Mobile App designated by Customer in an applicable Order Form.
Designated Applications means the Application(s) described in Schedule A hereto and the Enhancements thereto.

Related to Designated Applications

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Completed application means an application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
