Designated Intersection Approaches definition

Designated Intersection Approaches means the Intersection Approaches to be installed with the Redflex System and Equipment. See Exhibit A for the number and list of approaches.
Designated Intersection Approaches means the Intersection Approaches as Redflex and the Customer shall mutually agree from time to time. See Exhibit A for the number of approaches.
Designated Intersection Approaches means the Intersection Approaches that the Parties mutually agree on from time to time. See Exhibit A for the number of approaches.

Examples of Designated Intersection Approaches in a sentence

  • After that date and only upon written request from the Customer, Redflex shall commence Approach Relocation of the Designated Intersection Approaches identified in section 5.A of this Amendment at no cost to the Customer.

  • In the event that any proposed change involves only the addition of equipment or services to the existing Designated Intersection Approaches or the addition of Intersection Approaches to be covered by the terms of this Agreement, to the maximum extent applicable, the pricing terms set forth in Exhibit A shall govern.

  • Systems in conjunction with the Red Light Violation Criteria provided by the City and registered owner information Redflex obtains from the Department of Motor Vehicles to process Violation Data gathered from the Designated Intersection Approaches into a format capable of review by Authorized Officers via the Redflex System.

  • With respect to the construction and installation of (a) the Designated Intersection Approaches and the installation of the Combined Redflex Photo Red Light & Speed Fixed System at such Designated Intersection Approaches, and (b) installation of the Redflex Photo Speed System in Designated Vehicles, Customer and Redflex shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto.

  • With respect to the maintenance of the Combined Redflex Photo Red Light & Speed Fixed System at Designated Intersection Approaches and the Redflex Photo Speed System in Designated Vehicles, Customer and Redflex shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth in Exhibit “C” attached hereto.

  • With respect to the identification of the Designated Intersection Approaches and the installation of the Redflex System at such Designated Intersection Approaches, the Customer and Redflex shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • With respect to the maintenance of the Redflex System at the Designated Intersection Approaches, the Customer and Redflex shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth on Exhibit C.

  • The provision of all necessary electrical and telephone services to the Designated Intersection Approaches will be the sole responsibility of Redflex and the City shall provide all electrical power.

  • With respect to the construction and installation of the Designated Intersection Approaches, any remaining work on the Upgrades began under the 2008 Agreement, and the installation of the Redflex System at such Designated Intersection Approaches, the City and Redflex shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Redflex must begin removal and restoration the Designated Intersection Approaches within four months after the Termination Initiation Date, but in no event later than the Final Termination Date.


More Definitions of Designated Intersection Approaches

Designated Intersection Approaches includes:
Designated Intersection Approaches means the Intersection Approaches that the Parties mutually agree upon from time to time as specified in Exhibit A.
Designated Intersection Approaches means the Intersection Approaches set forth in Section 4 of this Scope of Services.
Designated Intersection Approaches means the Intersection Approaches set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, and such additional Intersection Approaches as Redflex and the City shall mutually agree from time to time.

Related to Designated Intersection Approaches

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program or "MS4 Program" means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations and the Act and attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
