Designated statistical agent means the organization designated
Designated statistical agent means the organization designated by the director under section 20-371, subsection D.
Statistical Cutoff Date means June 30, 2014.

Aggregated Statistics means data and information related to Customer's use of the Services that is used by Provider in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services.
Metropolitan statistical area or "MSA" means one or more adjacent counties that have at least one urban core area of at least 50,000 in population, plus adjacent territory that has a high degree of social and economic integration with the core as measured by commuting ties.
