Developer Kit definition

Developer Kit means additional technology supplied when a Developer Edition of an Altium Product is licensed. The Developer Kit includes programmer-relevant software interface documentation, source code examples, and Runtime Libraries.
Developer Kit means the software described under the heading "Developer Kit" in Exhibit A, in Object Code format only, which Active distributes to software developers to enable such developers to build or modify Adapters and/or to build or modify events, rules, transformations and other integration process components used for specific applications. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Developer Kit a Semi-finished Product that includes one or more pieces of hardware, software and documentation and from which Customers intent to develop and manufacture a derivative work.

  • You agree to, and will not attempt to circumvent, such limitations documented with each UPS Developer Kit API.

  • UPS may suspend access to the UPS Developer Kit API(s) without notice if it reasonably believes an Application is in violation of this Agreement.

  • UPS sets and enforces limits on Your use of the UPS Developer Kit APIs (e.g., limiting the number of requests that You may make), in our sole discretion.

  • When using the UPS Developer Kit APIs, You will not sublicense access to a UPS Developer Kit API for use by a third party.

  • You may access any of UPS Developer Kit API from a country or territory that is not in the Restricted Territory.

  • If You receive access to the UPS Developer Kit API as part of a Third Party Solution, You will not receive API Technical Documentation and have no right to develop or distribute an Application, and the remainder of this End User Rights Article 2 does not apply to Your use of any UPS Developer Kit API through such Third Party Solution.

Related to Developer Kit

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Developer means any person, partnership, association, company or corporation that is the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or any land proposed to be included in a proposed development including the holder of an option to contract or purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;
