Development Rules definition

Development Rules means the rules supplemental to this Deed governing the Development or any part or parts thereof from time to time in force made pursuant to the provisions of this Deed and including without limitation the Car Parking Rules, the Club Rules and the Fit-out Rules;
Development Rules means rules governing the Land from time to time in force made under this Deed;
Development Rules means the rules determined by the Company in relation to, among other things, a person carrying out construction work, or constructing things, or planting any trees, plants or crops near the boundary between the Company’s land and a Landholding or near any Company’s Works situated on or near a Landholding;

Examples of Development Rules in a sentence

  • There shall be exhibited on each of such public notice boards a copy of the Development Rules from time to time in force and all notices which under this Deed are required to be exhibited thereon and such other notices and announcements as the Manager may from time to time decide to exhibit or approve for exhibition thereon.

  • To take all reasonable steps to prevent the tenants, occupiers, licensees or invitees of his Unit from doing anything which may interfere with or affect the management of the Land or constitute a breach of the Land Grant, this Deed or the Development Rules.

More Definitions of Development Rules

Development Rules. The rules and regulations for the time being regulating the use, occupation and maintenance of the Lot and/or the Development or any particular part thereof and any of the buildings, structures, facilities, services or amenities thereof and the conduct of persons occupying using or visiting the same formulated pursuant to Clause (3:02:04) of this Deed.
Development Rules means any rules and regulations as the Manager may make from time to time in accordance with and which shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Deed for the management of the Development;
Development Rules means rules governing the Land from time to time in force made under this Deed and in accordance with the Ordinance;
