  • DexCom shall be solely responsible for all design, development, regulatory and commercialization activities associated with such DexCom G6 System.

  • Tandem is not granted any right to the Raw Data received or generated by any DexCom G6 System and/or used by it to produce output such as timestamps, measurements or other data, and will not try to derive, de-encrypt or intercept any of such Raw Data.
