Discharge Grievance. If an employee, who has completed his probationary period, claims that he has been unjustly discharged, such claim must be submitted by the employee, who may be accompanied by a union stew- ard, or by the union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at Step 3 of the grievance pro- cedure to the Hospital within five days following the date the discharge is effective.
