Disputes Resolution Procedure definition

Disputes Resolution Procedure means the procedure referred to in Clause 52 [Disputes Resolution Procedure] and set out in Schedule 15 [Disputes Resolution Procedure].
Disputes Resolution Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 5.
Disputes Resolution Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 34.

  • Any disputes regarding this clause or any matter relating to the use of an electronic access control system shall be dealt with under clause 11 - Disputes Resolution Procedure.
