Documents of Title. Has the meaning given that term in the UCC.
Documents of Title means all present and future documents (as defined in the UCC), and any and all warehouse receipts, bills of lading, shipping documents, chattel paper, instruments and similar documents, all whether negotiable or not and all goods and Inventory relating thereto and all cash and non-cash proceeds of the foregoing.

Documents of Title. Instruments", "Intangibles", "Securities", "proceeds", "inventory" and "accession" whenever used herein shall be interpreted pursuant to their respective meanings when used in the Personal Property Security Act of Ontario, as amended from time to time, which Act, including amendments thereto and any Act substituted therefor and amendments thereto is herein referred to as the "P.P.S.A."
