Trust Declarations definition

Trust Declarations means, collectively, the Trust I Declaration, the Trust II Declaration, the Trust III Declaration and the Trust IV Declaration.
Trust Declarations means the nominee agreement described in Schedule E pursuant to which the M2M Nominees hold registered and legal title to the Properties as nominee and bare trustee for the M2M Beneficial Owners.
