Effluent data definition

Effluent data means the following, with reference to any source of discharge of any pollutant:
Effluent data as provided in § 62.44.21 means the information gathered by, or submitted to, DEQ regarding the amount of pollutants emitted by sources of water pollution; and
Effluent data means, with reference to any source of discharge of a pollutant as that term is defined in 401 KAR 5:050:
