Electronic Data File definition

Electronic Data File. A computer tape or other electronic medium generated by or on behalf of Seller and delivered or transmitted to or on behalf of Purchaser which provides information relating to the Mortgage Loans. Eligible Servicing Agreement: Unless otherwise agreed to by the Purchaser, a Servicing Agreement in respect of which the following eligibility requirements have been satisfied:

Electronic Data File. The file provided to the Servicer by or on behalf of the Owner, as specified in the Transfer Instructions.

The information in each Data Tape and Electronic Data File is true and correct in all material respects as of the date specified therein.

Electronic Data File. The final electronic file of the Mortgage Loans, in relation to each Transaction, provided by Company to the Purchaser on or before the related Closing Date. Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy: An errors and omissions insurance policy to be maintained by the Company pursuant to Section 4.12.

An electronic file that provides data on a loan level basis with respect to the following fields: Loan Number, Alt Loan Number, Pricing Category, Last Name, Current UPB, Credit Limit (for HELOCs), Original CLTV, Current Note Rate, Product Type or Interest Method, Original Term, Maturity Date, Lien, Funding Date or Note Date, Pre-Payment Penalty (Closed-end only)(Y/N) (if applicable), Pre-Pay Code (Closed-end only), Life Cap (HELOC only) (if applicable), Life Floor (if applicable), State, Maximum Rate (Closed End), Minimum Rate (Closed End), Pricing Category, Margin (if applicable), Index (if applicable), Draw Period (HELOC only) and such other fields as may be reasonably requested by Chase.

Electronic Data File. The test tape(s), sale tape(s) and/or transfer tape(s) and other electronic files or media containing the Mortgage Loan and Servicing Rights information to be delivered to the Purchaser, which shall be in the format specified by the Purchaser.

Electronic Data File means tape(s) containing Mortgage Loan and/or Servicing information (a) delivered in connection with the offering materials and Purchaser's due diligence review, and (b) prepared as of each Physical Transfer Date (as that term is defined in the Subservicing Agreement) for the related Mortgage Loans.
