Embedded Systems definition

Embedded Systems means a computing device that is designed for and on which an Embedded Application is installed as part of the Image.
Embedded Systems means an OEM Customer's computer systems or computing devices which (i) are based on the Licensed Product, (ii) utilize not more than two (2) central processor units, (iii) are designed for use with an Embedded Application, (iv) are not marketed as general purpose personal computing devices, and (v) are not useable as a commercially viable substitute for general purpose computing devices such as personal computers or multi-function servers.
Embedded Systems means the operating systems, in object code format only, embedded in, provided by the manufacturer with and transferable with, servers, embedded in computers and other electronic data processing equipment included in the Acquired Assets; provided, however, Embedded Systems will not include any Software or other Intellectual Property owned by Seller or its Affiliates.
