Embedded Application definition

Embedded Application means the use of any assembly, module or modem card, including any 3G or 4G modem, embedded within another product in such a way that such assembly, module or modem card is not attachable to or detachable from such other product by an end-user consumer without the use of a tool.
Embedded Application means an industry- or task-specific software program and/or functionality with all of the following attributes:
Embedded Application means industry- or task-specific software programs and/or functionality, not generally available to consumers, that (i) provide the primary functionality of the Embedded System, (ii) are designed to meet the functionality requirements of the specific industry into which the Embedded System is being marketed, and (iii) offer significant functionality in addition to the Licensed Product software.
