Employee Share Option Scheme definition

Employee Share Option Scheme means a scheme under which a Listed Entity grants its Employees share options, which gives such Employees the right to purchase or subscribe at a future date, the shares offered by the Listed Entity at a predetermined price.
Employee Share Option Scheme means any share option, share appreciation, share purchase, phantom share or other equity-based plan, arrangement, agreement, policy or understanding, whether written or unwritten, that provides or may provide benefits or compensation in respect of any employee, officer, director or consultant or former employee, officer, director or consultant of the Issuer or an Affiliate thereof or the beneficiaries or dependents of any such employee or former employee, officer, director or consultant.
Employee Share Option Scheme or "ESOP" shall mean the employee stock ownership plans of the Company entitled the Associate Stock Option Plan 1999, the Associate Stock Option Plan 2000 and any further stock option plans approved by stockholders of the Company from time to time including any modifications thereof, as approved in accordance with this Agreement.
