With acceptance of this employment offer, you will be asked to sign this Employment Offer Letter and Agreement and an Employee Invention and Confidentiality Agreement (EICA) and agree to the on-going compliance with such agreements as a condition of employment.
Bioventus and the Executive have entered into that certain Employment Offer Letter dated the date hereof (the “Employment Agreement”).
This Agreement does not supersede Executive’s Employment Offer Letter, except with respect to the subject matter hereof, the Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate Claims or the Employee Invention, Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement to which Executive is a party.
