Engineering Contract definition

Engineering Contract means any agreement between the Engineer and Borrower for each Qualified Project to be financed by a Loan to be made hereunder. For purposes of this Agreement, all such agreements shall be referred to individually and collectively in the singular.
Engineering Contract means the contract for professional services between the Company and a qualified third party engineering firm for the performance of design and engineering services for the Project.
Engineering Contract means any agreement between the Engineer and Borrower for the Project to be financed by a Loan to be made hereunder.

More Definitions of Engineering Contract

Engineering Contract means that certain contract dated October 17, 2007 between Borrower and the Engineer regarding engineering services to be performed by the Engineer in connection with the construction of the Improvements, which is in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender.
