Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants Shift5 a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free right and license, with the right to grant sublicenses through multiple tiers to vendors providing services to us (such as hosting providers), to reproduce, execute, use, store, archive, modify, perform, display, and distribute the Enriched Data and Shift5 Reports solely for internal purposes and as necessary to use the Services.
DP must keep these details assigned confidential at all times and not permit any person, other than an authorized DP staff member to use Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync, and then only in accordance with this SLA.
GS1 will provide DP with a Username and Password (“Log On”) in order to enable DP to access and use Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync.
All right, title, and interest in and to non-anonymized Customer Data, including to the extent contained within the Enriched Data, and all proprietary rights therein, will be and remain Customer's sole and exclusive property.
As between the Parties, except to the extent it constitutes Customer Data, Shift5 owns all right, title and interest in and to Enriched Data and the Shift5 Reports, and all proprietary rights therein.
Unless otherwise expressly provided in this SLA, DP agrees that all intellectual property rights in and to Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync are owned by GS1 or its licensors, and DP shall not behave in any manner which may likely result in a breach and/or infringement of such rights.

Worst-case is the loss of Raw Data or Enriched Data of the last week (worst-case scenario is therefore that the processing work of one week needs to be rescheduled).
