Enterprise Contract definition

Enterprise Contract means any certified contract of Fair Work Australia or a State industrial department.
Enterprise Contract means contract no. 97.22.02 dated 9 September 1997 and entered into between Den Norkse Oljeselskap A.S. Enterprise Contract means the SGRE Contract and any Charter Contract.

Enterprise Contract means contract no. 97.22.02 dated 9 September 1997 and made between the Field Contractor and Statoil, as novated by Statoil to the Sub-Lessee and as supplemented and amended from time to time;
