Charter Contract. This Charter Contract is a legally binding document and consists of this signed Agreement, including all attachments and all applicable State and Federal statutes, regulations, and rules, as each may be amended from time to time. In addition, incorporated by reference are all requirements expressly delineated as pertaining to charter schools in the state of Louisiana in La. R.S. 17:3996 and BESE Bulletin 126. The Charter School is not responsible for regulatory or statutory requirements pertaining to school districts not included in La. R.S. 17:3996 or other State or Federal statutes, regulations, or rules that apply to charter schools operated in the state of Louisiana.

Charter Contract. SMART shall not act, or find to act, in any manner that may cause CCSPA to breach its Charter Contract.

Charter Contract. A fixed-term renewable contract between a public charter school and an authorizer that outlines the roles, powers, responsibilities, and quantitative and qualitative performance expectations for each party to the contract.
