Existing Data definition

Existing Data means, collectively, all maps; geological, geochemical and geophysical reports and data; drill logs and other drilling data; core, pulps, reports, surveys, assays, analyses, production reports, operations, technical, accounting and financial records, and other material information relating to the Project before the Effective Date.
Existing Data means maps, drill logs and other drilling data, core tests, pulps, reports, surveys, assays, analyses, production reports, operations, technical, accounting and financial records, and other material information developed in operations on the Properties prior to the Effective Date.
Existing Data means information from any source that currently exists that describes the current functioning of the individual and may be available to the division for an eligibility determination. The school records of an individual are considered to be existing data; however, the division may request additional information if there is an indication of changes in functioning or if there is conflicting information.

Examples of Existing Data in a sentence

  • Studies and other test data made available to the Consortium by a Member, or by third parties ("Existing Data"), or generated by or on behalf of the Consortium within the framework of this Agreement ("New Data"), in order to achieve the Purpose, including but not limited to chemical safety report, assessment of alternatives, substitution plan, use description, justification for not considering certain risks, and socio-economic assessment.

  • The Technical Committee, assisted by the Technical Manager, shall review and evaluate the Existing Data from Members and third parties so collected.

  • In case Existing Data has been contributed by more than one Member or third party, the cost compensation for that Data shall be allocated to the contributing Members or third parties in equal parts unless they have agreed otherwise among themselves and/or with third party co-owners.

  • The Consortium Members, through decision of the Steering Committee, may jointly purchase rights to Existing Data from third parties.

  • After joining the Consortium, all Members will make available to the Technical Consultant a list of their Existing Data that they intend to make available to the Consortium, in their sole discretion, and a hard or electronic copy of either the robust study summaries or the full reports of these Data, if any.


More Definitions of Existing Data

Existing Data means maps, drill logs and other drilling data, core tests, pulps, reports, surveys, assays, analyses, production reports, Operations, technical, accounting and financial records, and any other material or information relating to the Project, which is owned by Surgold or any Affiliate of Surgold.
Existing Data means (i) all preclinical data submitted by CG to the FDA in support of INDs for the Current Collaboration Products and (ii) all clinical data generated in the course of the Current Clinical Trials, in each of cases (i) and (ii), to the extent the same exist as of the Effective Date.
Existing Data means maps, drill logs and other drilling data, core tests, pulps, reports, surveys, assays, analyses, production reports, operations, technical, accounting and financial records, and any other material or information relating to the Properties, which is owned or controlled by NJMC.
Existing Data means (a) all records, information and data relating to title to the Properties or environmental conditions at or pertaining to the Properties, (b) all maps, assays, surveys, technical reports, drill logs, samples, mine, mill, processing and smelter records, and metallurgical, geological, geophysical, geochemical, and engineering data, and interpretive reports derived therefrom, including, but not limited to, that associated with the Pilot Plant and the Preliminary Economic Assessment, Round Top Project, dated August 16, 2019, prepared by G▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Associates, and (c) all production reports, accounting and financial records, and other material information, in each case pertaining to or developed in operations on the Properties and existing on the Effective Date, which has been contributed to the Company by USARE and TMRC.
Existing Data means maps, drill logs or other drilling data, core tests, samples, reports, surveys, assays, analyses, production reports, operations, technical, accounting and financial records, title reports, title opinions, status reports, title policies and policy commitments and other information and data related to title to the Properties, test results and other information regarding pilot or demonstration projects, operating and net revenue interests, prices currently being received for production and other material information developed with respect to the Properties or the actual or potential development thereof prior to the Effective Date, including, without limitation, the reports, studies and analyses set forth in Schedule 2.3 -- Existing Data.
Existing Data means the data of any of County’s existing systems to be migrated and/or converted by Contractor as part of Implementation Services in accordance with Exhibit A (Statement of Work).
Existing Data means the Schering Existing Data and the Neurobiotec Existing Data.
