Existing Notes Collateral Agent definition

Existing Notes Collateral Agent means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its capacity as collateral agent under the Existing Notes Indenture, and its successors, replacements and/or assigns in such capacity.
Existing Notes Collateral Agent means the Trustee, in its capacity as Collateral Agent under the Existing Collateral Agreements pursuant to the Existing Notes Indenture, together with its successors in such capacity.
