This Annual Aspirational Goal is to be set (and thereafter adjusted) by the Goal Setting Committee (GSC) based upon the M/WBE availability by industry in accordance with the City’s 2015 Disparity Study findings, along with relative M/WBE availability data to be collected by the City through its CVR system, and the utilization of M/WBEs. Any adjusted Annual Aspirational Goals for a given industry should not exceed the Expected Availability for award dollar weights as found in the 2015 Disparity Study.
