Experian Data definition

Experian Data means any information or data (including Personal Information), and other content, in any format that is provided or made available by or on behalf of an Experian Entity or its respective Personnel, including all output, copies, reproductions, improvements, modifications, adaptations, translations and other derivative works, based on, derived from or otherwise created using any such data.
Experian Data. Any of the data and/or databases supplied by Experian in connection with this Agreement and includes any Documentation but excludes Experian Materials;
Experian Data means any of the data forming part of the Experian Data Services

Examples of Experian Data in a sentence

  • Each response by the Experian System in the form of a basic Experian consumer credit profile report, whether transmitted by teleprinter, central processing unit or otherwise, to a request for consumer credit information by Affiliate or an Affiliate Subscriber including (i) a record located by the Experian System in the Affiliate Leased Data Base, the Experian Data Base or an Other Experian Affiliate data base on the Experian System; or (ii) a response that no record could be located by the Experian System.

  • Experian shall use its best efforts to transmit to Affiliate reliable and accurate credit information from the Experian Data Base.

  • The licence granted under this Clause is made separately in respect of each individual element of the Experian Data or Experian Materials and commences on the day that each such element of the Experian Data or Experian Materials is first made available to the Company.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to give Affiliate any copyright interest, proprietary rights or other claim against or interest in the Experian Network, Experian System, the Services, Direct Marketing Services, Experian Data Base, Affiliate Leased Data Base or the information contained therein.

  • All Supplier Personnel who will: (a) have access to an Experian network; (b) have access to, or the capability to view or use Experian Data; or (c) be on Experian premises for more than one day and issued an access badge (for clarity, individuals who are issued visitor badges and are escorted onsite by an Experian staff member for the entirety of their visit do not fall under this criterion) must pass a criminal background check and general background investigation.

  • Licensee may use data from the data provider Experian Marketing Solutions that is provided as part of the Alteryx-Sourced Data (“Experian Data”) to Match Licensee Customer data to Experian Data for internal analytics use only, which shall include research, Customer analysis, Customer profiling, Customer segmentation, Direct Marketing campaigns to Customers or Prospects (as noted above, for internal analytics purposes only), reporting (including media planning reports), and Modeling.

  • Supplier shall have in place and maintain appropriate processes and procedures to ensure that any unauthorized access to Experian Data is detected in a timely manner.

  • However, You may terminate My entitlement to have the Experian Data used as part of the Services on written notice to I commit a material breach of any of this declaration which is not remedied within 28 days after receipt of a notice from You specifying the breach, requiring its remedy and making clear that failure to remedy may result in such termination.

  • Except to the extent expressly authorized in a Schedule and only with respect to the Experian Confidential Information necessary for the provision of the Products identified in the applicable Schedule, Supplier shall not access, transfer, export, process or use any Confidential Information of Experian, including Experian Data, outside the United States.

  • Affiliate may sell to Affiliate Subscribers on an inquiry-by-inquiry basis, credit information contained in the Experian Data Base located under the: (i) current input address upon payment of the applicable Cross Access Charge specified in Item 4 of Exhibit B; and (ii) previous input address outside the Experian Zip Code Area without payment of the Cross Access Charge.


More Definitions of Experian Data

Experian Data means any electronic data and content, including Personal Information, of Experian, that (i) is provided or made available by or on behalf of Experian or its Affiliates to Supplier under the Purchase Order for the purposes of performing Services thereunder or otherwise collected, generated, or received by Supplier in connection with the Agreement; or (b) results or arises from access or use of the same by or on behalf of Experian or its Affiliates, including any end user profile, visit, session, impression, click through or click stream data and any statistical or other analysis, information or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing. All output, copies, reproductions, improvements, modifications, adaptations, reports, translations and other derivative works of, based on, derived from or otherwise created using any Experian Data are themselves also Experian Data. For the avoidance of doubt, Experian Data includes Personal Information but does not include any component of the Services or Material provided by or on behalf of Supplier.
Experian Data means any of the data and/or databases supplied by Experian to the Client in connection with the Purpose.
Experian Data means any of the data we supply to the Service Provider and which you access as part of the Broker Services;
Experian Data means any of the data forming part of the Experian Data Services;
Experian Data means Experian's highly sensitive information, which includes, by way of example and without limitation, data, databases, application software, software documentation, supporting process documents, documentation of operating processes and procedures, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, cyber incident reports, consumer information, financial data, employee data and information regarding potential acquisitions, and other information of a similar nature or as mutually agreed in writing, the disclosure, modification or destruction of which would cause serious harm to Experian's reputation, valuation and/or place Experian at a competitive disadvantage.

Related to Experian Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
