Export Limit definition

Export Limit means a separate Funding Limit in respect of Export Debts;
Export Limit means the quantity of WGJC from Argentina permitted to be exported, based on the Date of Export, during a given Export Limit Period.
Export Limit means the quantity of Mexican Cement permitted to be exported (based upon the Date of Export) under Section III of this Agreement from Mexico to a given Sub-region during a given Export Limit Period.

  • Indicate the remaining amount available under the allocation to the individual mill during the relevant Export Limit Period.

  • Mexico agrees that, if it cannot satisfy Mexico’s needs using Mexican production, it will not supply those needs with imports from a Third Country or Countries for the purpose of filling the Export Limit with Sugar from Mexico.

  • Any actual or alleged fraud or irregularity shall be followed, based on the respective national legislation.

  • If the export allocation has been reached for the producer/exporter for the relevant Export Limit Period, twice the volume of the entry will be subtracted from the producer/exporter’s allocation in the next Export Limit Period.

  • Effective October 1, the Export Limit shall be revised to equal seventy (70) percent of the Target Quantity of U.S. Needs, unless that amount is less than or equal to the Export Limit announced in July, in which case the Export Limit shall not change.

  • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • Export means delivery across the boundaries of this state by or for the seller or purchaser from a place of origin in this state.

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.

  • Export Controls Software available on the Services is further subject to United States Export Controls. No software available on the Services may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or using the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.
