EXTENSION OF CONTRACT definition

EXTENSION OF CONTRACT. The Director of Division of Procurement Services may, with the consent of the contractor extend the Contract period beyond the indicated expiration date.
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT means the addition to the scope of a contract resulting from a voluntary choice by a Procuring Entity.
