Fees in lieu of Notice definition

Fees in lieu of Notice means a term’s School Fees plus any non-optional Specified Charges, calculated in accordance with (as applicable) Clause 3.3 or Clause 5.1. Where applicable, fees in lieu of notice will be reduced to take account of any scholarship or bursary awarded to you;
Fees in lieu of Notice means Fees in full at the rate applicable for the next Term following termination by the parents on less than one full Term's Notice, or the Pupil is excluded for more than 28 days for non-payment of Fees as set out in clause 4.6. Examples of Fees in lieu of Notice in a sentence

  • There will be no charge to Fees in lieu of Notice but, save for any contrary provisions in any other agreement made between the Parents and the School, all arrears of Fees and any other sums due to the School will be payable.
