Field Action definition

Field Action means any correction or removal action due to safety, efficacy, quality or regulatory compliance concerns, including actions to recover title to or possession of, or to halt distribution of, Products that previously have been shipped to customers.
Field Action means any action by a Party that meets the criteria of “recall,” “correction,” or “removal” or similar field or customer action as defined by applicable Regulatory Law, including where any event, incident or circumstance has occurred that may result in the need for a recall from the market, market suspension or market withdrawal of the Product by a Party in the Territory.
Field Action means any recall, correction or removal action by Zimmer or X- spine with respect to any Products due to safety, efficacy, quality or regulatory compliance concerns, including actions to recover title to or possession of, or to halt distribution of, Products that previously have been shipped to customers.

Examples of Field Action in a sentence

  • The Parties shall consult with each other as to any action to be taken in regard to such removal, correction, recall or other Field Action.

  • If Zeltiq determines in its sole discretion that an investigation by a government office or agency, regulatory authority or any other third party requires a Product Field Action, Zeltiq shall notify Distributor of such Product Field Action and Zeltiq shall perform such Product Field Action.

  • Distributor shall cooperate with, and provide assistance to, Zeltiq in connection with such Product Field Action, including locating and retrieving the Products, if necessary, and complying with the reasonable instructions of Zeltiq.

  • In each instance, the Party responsible for the Field Action will consult with the other Party in as much in advance of the Field Action as is commercially reasonable.

  • The Parties shall appoint a single point of contact to coordinate respective efforts and with whom each Party may communicate with respect to the Field Action.


More Definitions of Field Action

Field Action means any product quality related communication to a customer or recall of the Alliance Product. In each instance, the Party responsible for the Field Action will consult with the other Party in as much in advance of the Field Action as is commercially reasonable.
Field Action means a Recall, Service Campaign, or both.
Field Action means an action taken by Toyota after consultation with Tesla as outlined in Section 15.3.2 to address defects in vehicles, which action follows consultation with and/or is accompanied by submission of a Defect Information Report (DIR) and/or Non-Compliance Information Report (NCIR) or other required report to a governmental agency or body having jurisdiction over the vehicles in question.
Field Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Field Action means any recall, removal, correction, or withdrawal, with respect to any Product.
Field Action or “FA” means an activity outlining the steps for management of and/or communication regarding the performance of distributed clinical, custom, and/or market released Product currently in use by the customer. These activities may include educational briefs, health safety alerts, notifications, Corrections, Removal, or recall of Product(s) in any Medtronic product(s).
Field Action has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.4(a).
