Field Export Point definition

Field Export Point means the point at which petroleum from a Contract Area leaves the Contract Area, or such earlier point at which it is loaded onto or enters a vessel, pipeline, or other means of transportation to be transported from the Contract Area;
Field Export Point means the point at which Petroleum produced under a Petroleum Contract, having gone through Field level separation, is made ready for sale, further processing or transportation or such other point as designated in an approved Development Plan;
Field Export Point means the point at which Petroleum from the Contract Area leaves the Contract Area, or such earlier point at which it is loaded onto or enters a vessel, pipeline or other means of transportation to be transported from the Contract Area;

  • Without prejudice to any obligation or liability of the Contractor as a consequence of a failure of the Contractor to comply with its obligations under the Code and this Agreement (including sub-Article 5.1), Petroleum which is lost after it is recovered at the well-head, and before it is delivered at the Field Export Point, shall be deducted from the Contractor's Recoverable Costs under sub-Article 6.2.

More Definitions of Field Export Point

Related to Field Export Point

  • Export Item means any Goods or Services, including commodities, software or technology provided by Sup- plier that is required to be exported or re-exported under the Contract.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Re-export means export of any specimen that has previously been imported;

  • Proved Developed Producing Reserves means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Producing” in the Definitions, “Proved Developed Nonproducing Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Nonproducing” in the Definitions, and “Proved Undeveloped Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the Definitions.

  • Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
