Final Approval Order and Judgment definition

Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order in which the Court certifies the Settlement Class, grants final approval of this Settlement Agreement, authorizes the entry of a final judgment, and dismisses the Action with prejudice.
Final Approval Order and Judgment means an order and judgment that the Court enters after the Final Approval Hearing, which finally approves the Settlement Agreement, certifies the Settlement Class, dismisses the Litigation with prejudice, entering judgment in accord with the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and otherwise satisfies the settlement- related provisions of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, and is consistent with all material provisions of this Settlement Agreement.   • All Settlement Class Members who fail to submit a valid Claim Form for any benefits under this Agreement within the time frames set forth herein, or such other period as may be ordered by the Court, shall be forever barred from receiving any payments or benefits pursuant to the Settlement, but will in all other respects be subject to and bound by the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the releases contained herein, and the Final Approval Order and Judgment.

Final Approval Order and Judgment means an order and judgment that the Court enters after the Final Fairness Hearing, which finally approves the Settlement and dismisses Defendants with prejudice and without material change to the Parties’ agreed-upon proposed final approval order and judgment attached hereto as Exhibit 11.
