Final Design Submittal definition

Final Design Submittal means the submittal by DB Contractor for review and comment by TxDOT of the complete and final Design Documents along with the required certifications and documentation demonstrating compliance with the Contract Documents and that all TxDOT comments from prior design stages have been addressed in accordance with Section 5.2.1.7.
