Final Index Price definition

Final Index Price means the average of the Index Prices for the 20 consecutive full trading days ending on the trading day prior to the Determination Date.
Final Index Price means the sum of the Final Prices for each company comprising the Index Group multiplied by the weighting set forth opposite such company's name in the definition of Index Group below.
Final Index Price has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(i).

Examples of Final Index Price in a sentence

  • If a company is excluded from the list of Index Companies, then the Initial Index Price and the Final Index Price shall be calculated as if the excluded company had not originally been included in the list of companies.

  • The "Final Index Price" means the average of the average closing prices per share of each of the common stocks of the Index Companies as reported on NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX for each trading day during the Pricing Period.

Final Index Price means the average, rounded to the nearest one-tenth of a cent, of the closing prices of the Index for the same trading days used in calculating the Average Determination Price.
