Final System Size definition

Final System Size means the final nameplate kilowatt (kW) DC output rating of the System as indicated in the System Energized Notification Form (Exhibit C).

  • If the Final System Size is greater than 5kW, then (a) Seller must initiate its first REC Delivery of the System to the Buyer’s PJM-EIS GATS account or M-RETS account, as applicable, within 90 calendar days of when the System is Energized and registered with PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS, or (b) if the System is Energized and registered with PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, then within 90 calendar days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Any increase or decrease that results in a Final System Size that is not within the greater of: + 25% or + 5kW, from the Planned Installed Capacity as set forth in the System Identification Form shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this Agreement.

  • If the Final System Size is equal to or less than 5kW, then (a) Seller must initiate its first REC Delivery of the System to the Buyer’s PJM-EIS GATS account or M-RETS account, as applicable, within 180 calendar days of when the System is Energized and registered with PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS, or (b) if the System is Energized and registered with PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, then within 180 calendar days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Any changes in size from the Planned Installed Capacity (a) that does not cause the Final System Size behind the customer’s utility meter to exceed 2,000kW (DC rating), (b) that is within the greater of: + 25% or + 5kW from the Planned Installed Capacity as set forth in the System Identification Form, and (c) that does not result in a change in Size Category as set forth in the System Identification Form, shall be deemed approved by Buyer.

  • Within twenty (20) Business Days after the System is Installed, Energized and registered with PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS, Seller shall provide notice to Buyer of the Energized Date and Final System Size by providing to Buyer the System Energized Notification Form (Exhibit C) and any associated documentation required therein.

Related to Final System Size

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.
