First Exercise Date definition

First Exercise Date means (i) for Initial Vested Options, the Grant Date, and (ii) for Vested Options that are not Initial Vested Options, on the date such other Vested Options cease to be Unvested Options in accordance with Schedule I to this Award Agreement and that ends on the Termination Date of the Vested Option.
First Exercise Date means the date of original issuance of the Warrant.
First Exercise Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.6(b).

Examples of First Exercise Date in a sentence

  • Subject to subsection 1.3, this Warrant shall not be exercisable, and no Warrant Shares shall be issued hereunder, prior to 9:00 A.M. New York City time on the First Exercise Date.

More Definitions of First Exercise Date

First Exercise Date means the date that is six months after the Warrant Date.
