Subject to subsection 1.3, this Warrant shall not be exercisable, and no Warrant Shares shall be issued hereunder, prior to 9:00 A.M. New York City time on the First Exercise Date.
Each of the First Exercise Date and the Second Exercise Date are hereinafter referred to from time to time, as applicable, as the "Exercise Date" and collectively from time to time as the "Exercise Dates").
