  • Each party agrees to procure that the First Level Representatives shall attend a meeting called in accordance with this Clause 18.9.2, and those representatives of the parties attending the meeting shall, acting in good faith, use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the Dispute.

Related to First Level Representatives

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the LP Representatives identified under Section 2.05.

  • Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;
