Fixed Rate Basis definition

Fixed Rate Basis means the calculation of interest due on the Loan in accordance with Clause 6.1.2(b) (Calculation of Interest).
Fixed Rate Basis means the aggregate of the applicable Margin, the Mandatory Cost (if applicable) and the Fixed Rate.
Fixed Rate Basis means a fixed rate of interest equal to five and one half percent (5.5%).

  • Interest Rate Basis means the Base Rate Basis or the LIBOR Basis, as appropriate.

  • Base Rate Basis means a simple interest rate equal to the sum of (i) the Base Rate and (ii) the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances for the applicable Loans. The Base Rate Basis shall be adjusted automatically as of the opening of business on the effective date of each change in the Base Rate to account for such change, and shall also be adjusted to reflect changes of the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances.

  • Alternate Base Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the greatest of (a) the Prime Rate in effect on such day, (b) the Base CD Rate in effect on such day plus 1% and (c) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%. Any change in the Alternate Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate, the Base CD Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate, the Base CD Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate, respectively.

  • Corporate Base Rate means a rate per annum equal to the corporate base rate of interest announced by First Chicago from time to time, changing when and as said corporate base rate changes.
