Fixed Rate Security definition

Fixed Rate Security means a Security which provides for the payment of interest at a fixed rate.
Fixed Rate Security. Any Collateral Debt Security (including, without limitation, an Above Cap Security) other than a Floating Rate Security.
Fixed Rate Security means a Security bearing a fixed rate of interest.

  • The Record Date with respect to any Interest Payment Date for a Fixed Rate Security shall be the fifteenth business day preceding such Interest Payment Date.
