Floating Rate Global Note definition

Floating Rate Global Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).
Floating Rate Global Note means the Global Note in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1.
Floating Rate Global Note means the 144A Floating Rate Global Notes and the Regulation S Floating Rate Global Notes, collectively.

  • A Floating Rate Global Note will mature only on an Interest Payment Date for such Note.

More Definitions of Floating Rate Global Note

Floating Rate Global Note as referred to in the Indenture and is secured by the Security Documents. The Issuer may redeem or be obligated to redeem the principal of this Note, all as specified in the Indenture, and subject to the requirements thereof. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Indenture. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and for so long as such Event of Default shall continue, the principal hereof, accrued interest hereon and all other amounts payable hereunder may be declared to be or may automatically become forthwith due and payable, all as provided in the Indenture.   • IAI Global Note means a Global Note substantially in the form of Exhibit A1 hereto bearing the Global Note Legend and the Private Placement Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee that will be issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes sold to Institutional Accredited Investors.
