Forward Curve definition

Forward Curve. – means the summary representation of the price of a commodity on a forward basis obtained by amalgamating all Reference Prices by tenor as defined in Section D-201.
Forward Curve means the forward curve applicable to one-month LIBOR and Prime interest rates as more particularly set forth in Exhibit O-7 attached hereto.

Examples of Forward Curve in a sentence

  • The price of crude oil derived from a relevant Field will be subject to a floor which will be determined subject to and in accordance with the Forecasting Procedures, provided that the floor may not be reduced at any time to less than 70% of the average ▇▇▇▇▇ Forward Curve for the next 36 months as at the date the relevant Forecast is prepared.

  • In making any determination in accordance with the Forecasting Procedures in relation to product prices, the price of crude oil derived from a relevant Field will be subject to a floor which will be determined subject to and in accordance with the Forecasting Procedures, provided that the floor may not be reduced at any time to less than 70% of the average ▇▇▇▇▇ Forward Curve for the next 36 months as at the date the relevant Forecast is prepared.

  • For example, if the Energy Price is being determined for the first Financial Year of the Term on 30 June 2020, the Energy Forward Curve used to derive that Energy Price will be the same Energy Forward Curve used to derive the flat sell Standard Products displayed on the website on 29 May 2020 (as 29 May 2020 is the last Business Day of the month that is two months before the start of that Financial Year).

  • The Energy Price for each Financial Year will be derived from the same Energy Forward Curve that is used to derive the flat sell Standard Products displayed on Synergy's website ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products.aspx at 3PM on the last Business Day occurring in the month that is two months before the start of each Financial Year.

  • For example, if the Energy Price is being determined for the first Financial Year of the Term on 30 June 2023, the Energy Forward Curve used to derive that Energy Price will be the same Energy Forward Curve used to derive the flat sell Standard Products displayed on the website on 31 May 2020 (as 31 May 2023 is the last Business Day of the month that is two months before the start of that Financial Year).

  • The price of Crude Oil will be subject to a floor which will be, for the Forecast to be prepared on 31 March, 2014, USD70/bbl, and thereafter will be determined subject to and in accordance with the Forecasting Procedures, provided that the floor may not be reduced at any time to less than 70% of the average ▇▇▇▇▇ Forward Curve for the next 36 months as at the date the relevant Forecast is prepared.

  • If the Majority Senior Lenders determine in accordance with the procedure described above that the price of Crude Oil should be set at less than the Fixed Price Deck, then the Majority Senior Lenders shall not be entitled to set the price of Crude Oil at less than 75 per cent, of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Forward Curve as at the date the relevant Forecast is prepared.

  • The Energy Price for each Financial Year will be derived from the same Energy Forward Curve that is used to derive the flat sell Standard Products displayed on Synergy's website ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/SitePages/Standard Products.aspx at 3PM on the last Business Day occurring in the month that is two months before the start of each Financial Year.

Related to Forward Curve

  • Forward Contract means, for each Forward, the contract evidencing such Forward between the Company and the Forward Purchaser, which shall be comprised of the Master Forward Confirmation and the related “Supplemental Confirmation” (as defined in the Master Forward Confirmation) for such Forward.

  • FX Forward Contract is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Master Forward Confirmation means the Master Confirmation for Issuer Share Forward Sale Transactions, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Company and the Forward Purchaser, including all provisions incorporated by reference therein.

  • Forward Hedge Shares means all Common Stock borrowed by the Forward Purchaser and offered and sold by the Forward Seller in connection with any Forward that has occurred or may occur in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Where the context requires, the term “Forward Hedge Shares” as used herein shall include the definition of the same under the Alternative Distribution Agreements.

  • FX means the fixing of the FX Exchange Rate as published 2 p.m. Frankfurt am Main local time by the Fixing Sponsor on the FX Screen Page (or any successor).
