Framework Terms definition

Framework Terms means these Standard Terms, the Key Terms between Provider and Customer, and any policies and documents referenced in or attached to the Key Terms.

  • Except as set out in Appendix 8 and 9, the Framework Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect in relation to this Outcome Agreement.

  • In all cases, where conflict exists between these Framework Terms and the Supplier’s documentation, provisions in these Terms shall take precedence unless statutory legislation applies.

Related to Framework Terms

  • Framework Agreement means this agreement consisting of the Clauses together with the Framework Schedules and any appendices and annexes to the same;

  • Framework Schedules means the schedules to this Framework Agreement;
