Function Area definition

Function Area means that part of the Gallery Premises specified in Item H; Function Date means the date specified in item C of the schedule; Gallery Premises means the Art Gallery of New South Wales situated at Art Gallery Road, The Domain, Sydney, New South Wales. Hiring Fee means, subject to clause 3.3, the amount specified in item E of the schedule; Trippas White means Trippas White Catering & Cafes (ACN 003 968 492) or such other caterer as designated by the Gallery from time to time; and Permitted Contractors means any contractors of the Hirer approved by the Gallery under clause 7.7(a).
Function Area means that part of the Gallery Premises specified in Item I; Function Date means the date specified in item C of the schedule; Gallery Premises means the Art Gallery of New South Wales situated at Art Gallery Road, The Domain, Sydney, New South Wales. Hiring Fee means, subject to clause 3.3, the amount specified in item E of the schedule; MorSul means (Art Gallery nominees Pty Ltd ACN 169 622 824 as trustee of the Art Gallery Trust; Gallery Management Pty Limited ACN ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ as trustee of the Gallery Management Unit Trust Permitted Contractors means any contractors of the Hirer approved by the Gallery under clause 7.7(a).
Function Area means the part of the Building specified in the Schedule, or such other part of the Building as Her Majesty’s decides to substitute as a replacement area at its absolute discretion either before or during the Function;

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Primary service area means the geographical area in which an ambulance service provides first−in emergency medical care under contract or formal agreement with a local government and that is described in the operational plan required under s. HFS

  • Radiation area means any area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of 0.05 mSv (0.005 rem) in 1 hour at 30 centimeters from the source of radiation or from any surface that the radiation penetrates.
