Function Sheet definition

Function Sheet means the document, as amended by the Parties from time to time, used for the specific purpose of recording inter alia the specifications, functionality, purpose, configuration and details of the Event;
Function Sheet means the Customer’s request to book the Services as set out in the document to which these Terms are appended;
Function Sheet means the document to which these Terms and Conditions are appended;

Examples of Function Sheet in a sentence

  • It is your responsibility to identify any food allergies of your guests and report them in writing to Hickory Heights Golf Club or have them identified on the Special Function Sheet.

  • Once the Function Sheet has been finalized, it shall be signed and attached hereto no later than seven (7) days prior to the Function.

  • One Warwick Park Hotel reserves the right to require payment in whole or in part as a deposit in advance prior to the holding of an Event, the amount of which will be detailed in the Function Sheet.

  • However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Function Sheet and the date of delivery or performance, We will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Services in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

  • You can ask Us not to pass your details to such Third Party Suppliers by ticking the relevant box in the Function Sheet.

  • Where the Company requires a Deposit, such amount shall be stated in the Function Sheet.

  • If you fail to vacate the Premises by the time indicated on the Function Sheet, any resulting direct costs incurred will be charged to you.

  • The JSE shall, upon acceptance of the completed Booking Form by the Customer, receipt of the signed Agreement and receipt of payment of the Deposit, render such Services to the Customer as are set out in and subject to the provisions of the Function Sheet and the JSE Event Resource Guide.
