Fund Transfer definition

Fund Transfer means any transaction carried out on behalf of a payer through a Financial Institution by electronic means with a view to making an amount of funds available to a payee at a beneficiary institution, irrespective of whether the payer and the payee are the same person;
Fund Transfer refers to any payment initiated from your account held with the “Bank”
Fund Transfer means a transfer of the assets of the Fund to a successor fund pursuant to a liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Fund or a distribution of all or substantially all of the Fund's assets and property to a successor fund.

  • Upon such termination and at the expense of the Fund, Transfer Agent will deliver to such successor a certified list of shareholders of the Fund (with names and addresses), and all other relevant books, records, correspondence and other Fund records or data in the possession of Transfer Agent, and Transfer Agent will cooperate with the Fund and any successor transfer agent or agents in the substitution process.
